Our pork is all raised without the use of antibiotic, ever. We specialize in heritage breeds, including Berkshire, Red Wattle, Mangalista, Large Black, and other breeds that our farmers pop up with now and again. You won't believe how good pork can taste!
We source our poultry from Free Bird out of Pennsylvania. They are the most aligned group we have found that can match our quality and quantity needs. All Antibiotic Free (including at the egg stage), clean and open operation.
Sourced from Wisconsin and the Driftless region, we carry lamb like you've never tasted it. We believe lamb and goats are highly reactive to stress in the processing stage, and our low stress, humane harvest really shines through with the small animals. We also provide halal lamb and goat, and can easily handle advanced orders.
Our farmers are raising beef in Wisconsin and the Driftless region, generally in small, diversified farms. We insist on high forage diets and no use of antibiotics or hormones. Whether you want organic, grassfed, our "grandpa's way", or a heritage breed, we most likely have it for you.
